- BNL was planning to bring in new workforce support.
- CUA had no major update beyond continued staffing efforts.

- The group discussed the idea of a workfest at the January 2025 ePIC collaboration meeting.
- AID2E was seen as a possible candidate if a sufficiently complete package could be demonstrated.
