- Phase I
- The group reviewed the paper checklist in Overleaf.
- The Feb. 28 target for framework readiness remained the reference point for holistic-optimization support.
- The team agreed the paper should transition toward a Computer Physics Communications submission path.
- Architecture and framework write-up were still missing pieces on the critical path.
- Phase II
- The group continued scoping Phase II around objective definition and closure-test strategy.
- Cynthia's literature review and survey remained the main reference point.
- The team planned several short presentations on agentic-workflow strategy for upcoming technical meetings.
- BNL, Duke, and W&M were all expected to contribute examples or viewpoints.
- AOB
- Duke might have scheduling conflicts with Thursday technical meetings.
